Need Tools/Forms
Users who are in the process of carrying out an evaluation as part of their rolling programme and are needing just the forms and tools for that particular strand of a key question can download these from this section. The files include the relevant tools, checklists and summary sheet for gathering and recording evidence.
Users needing to refer to the guidance notes on the self-evaluation process or the gathering of evidence should look at the New User section at the top of the page. Users needing all the information for a particular strand including resources, descriptors, actions for improvement and further information as well as the forms and tools should refer to the Need a Key Question section.
